We are seeking a skilled Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at RENZ - 2534136 ONTARIO INC. as a key member of our kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, as well as portion and wrap foods for service.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to a high standard.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in food preparation and kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Safe Food Handling Certificate: Possession of a Safe Food Handling certificate is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
