We are in search of a dynamic and highly enthusiastic representative for the BMW Motorrad brand. In this role, you will guide clients in discovering our exceptional lineup. Your positive demeanor and outstanding customer service abilities will be key in building lifelong customer relationships.
A valid M2 license is required to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-time Client Care Representative position
- Enthusiastic about the Motorrad brand and well-versed in our offerings
- Comprehend and execute our dealership procedures
- Showcase and demonstrate our inventory
- Review, update, and oversee daily inventory records
- Plan and execute company events
- Regularly post on social media to promote products, services, and events
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance market presence
- Stay informed on products, market dynamics, and certifications
- Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus
Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of product education and prior sales management training is advantageous.
