Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience for every customer.
  • Utilize your fashion knowledge and product expertise to make personalized recommendations, drive sales, and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including current trends, styles, and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain visual standards, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
Requirements
  • Previous sales or customer service experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet sales targets and customer needs.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
