About the Role
- Provide professional, efficient, and courteous service to clients on all personal renewals.
- Identify client needs and educate them on other available insurance products.
- Review renewal files to ensure clients have the best insurance solution for their location.
- Apply superior client relations and promote exceptional company image.
What We're Looking For
- Level 2 Insurance License and working towards a CAIB designation.
- 2-5 years of sales and customer service experience in an insurance environment.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with great interpersonal and client service skills.
- Ability to successfully up sell and cross sell insurance products.
- Proficiency with Broker Management Software Systems.
