About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at FINE EDUCATION ORG. INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our educational programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and Develop Marketing Strategies

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for evaluating and developing marketing strategies to promote our educational programs and services. This will include conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Oversee the Preparation of Marketing Materials

The Marketing Coordinator will oversee the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and website content. This will involve working with our design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.

Prepare and Deliver Educational Programs

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and delivering educational programs, including workshops, webinars, and other training sessions. This will involve working with our subject matter experts to develop engaging and informative content.

Conduct Market Research

The Marketing Coordinator will conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education market. This will involve analyzing data, conducting surveys, and gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders.

Develop and Maintain Digital Presence

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining our digital presence, including our website, social media, and email marketing campaigns. This will involve working with our design team to create engaging and effective digital content.

Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff

The Marketing Coordinator will supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed. This will involve working with our HR team to develop and implement policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Education

A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.

Experience

Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is an asset.

Skills

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also have experience with marketing software and tools, including MS Office and Google Drive.

Working Conditions
