About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at AMARAJ CLEANING. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Coordinate Cleaning Schedules: Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Manage Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices and payment receipts.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that cleaning services are aligned with their needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
