Responsibilities
  • Supports the revision of plans and technical specifications.
  • Maintains comprehensive field documentation regarding quality assurance, production metrics, labor, and material usage.
  • Aids in managing inventory and tracking labor hours, expenses, and quantities.
  • Prepares detailed quantity estimates.
  • Assists in overseeing the quality management plan, which includes performing quality audits, identifying deficiencies, and managing issues.
  • Conducts preliminary safety evaluations and training, identifies safety risks, and exemplifies best practices in safety protocols.
  • Collaborates with the project team in managing subcontractor relationships, including handling requests for information, shop drawings, modifications, billing, and workforce allocation.
  • Assists in project scheduling and performance monitoring.
  • Contributes to the development of construction sequences and operational plans.
  • Engages in construction surveying and layout activities, including maintaining as-built records.
  • Fosters and nurtures strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, architecture, trades, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a field coordinator is preferred.
  • Capability to learn and implement fundamental construction principles, specifications, and procedures.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in establishing and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders, including supervisors and subcontractors.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and a strong willingness to embrace new technologies.
  • Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Revit is considered advantageous.
