Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at BC Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies, while maintaining inventory and controlling costs.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor staff to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager.
  • Proven track record of menu development, inventory management, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
