Senior Marine Structural Engineer

Baird & Associates Coastal Engineers Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marine Structural Engineer to lead complex projects for port, offshore, marine, and waterfront infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee design, planning, and construction activities for marine and coastal projects
- Collaborate with global offices to ensure project success and consistency
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support
- Participate in proposal development and client interactions to promote the company's expertise
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marine structural engineering with a strong track record of delivering complex projects
- Proficiency in structural design software and analysis tools, with a focus on marine and coastal engineering
- Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards, with the ability to apply them to real-world projects
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support project delivery
