Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough for a variety of baked goods including pies, bread, rolls, and pastries, as well as batters for cookies and cakes.
  • Order and manage inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for baking.
  • Bake a range of mixed doughs and batters to perfection.
  • Handle special customer orders with care and creativity.
  • Decorate and frost cakes and other baked items to enhance their visual appeal.
  • Maintain quality control to ensure all products meet established standards.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to uphold cleanliness and safety.
  • Operate baking machinery and equipment efficiently.
