Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive analysis of customer pricing and profitability, utilizing advanced analytical methodologies.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, identify data trends and anomalies, and effectively relay findings to senior leadership.
  • Generate and present precise financial reports on operational performance to assist business partners.
  • Deliver divisional and segment results with insightful commentary and actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee a schedule of recurring deliverables and support time-sensitive projects under the direction of the Director of FP&A.

Professional Qualifications And Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is essential; CPA/MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is required.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including complex formula creation and data manipulation from ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Experience in distribution and/or manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, able to work independently and within team environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Exhibits integrity, confidence, and a positive demeanor, representing a professional image of the FP&A department.
