About the Role

PAPYRUS PAPER PLUS TRADING INC. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment and staffing, from identifying talent to onboarding new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, and develop strategies to attract top talent.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Prepare and post job notices, collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Employee Experience: Provide information or services to employees, such as employee assistance and counseling, and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • HR Operations: Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards, notify applicants of results, and prepare job offers.
  • Policy and Procedure: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
