Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and implement human capital strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on HR matters to senior management and department heads.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.

Talent Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and execute workforce planning strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.

Employee Relations:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of labor relations, including collective bargaining agreements (if applicable).

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Implement leadership development initiatives to build the next generation of leaders within the organization.
  • Coordinate with department heads to provide job-specific training and development opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Manage employee wellness programs to support work-life balance and overall employee well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in leading HR teams and managing complex employee relations issues.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
