We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS). As a Sales Consultant, you will provide retail services to a unique client base, members of the Canadian Armed Forces, and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain the electronics, computers, appliances, and furniture departments
  • Provide technical and professional advice on sales and products offered
  • Maintain stock control, make recommendations for new merchandise, and prepare purchase orders
  • Assist in developing markdown strategies, process and track repairs, and assist in the development of advertising programs
  • Provide a variety of other retail services, including dry cleaning, lottery services, self-serve gas services, and postal services
Requirements
  • Acceptable combination of education, training, and experience
  • Food Handling Certification, as required
  • Experience in sales, visual merchandising, and cash handling
  • Competencies, skills, and abilities in client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork, and leadership
  • Bilingual Essential
