Job Summary
The Client Success Specialist at Leger is responsible for driving business growth through strategic relationship building and exceptional client service. This role requires a strong ability to self-motivate, identify business opportunities, and communicate effectively with clients to drive long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients within the advertising industry, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Conduct follow-up sales presentations to close customer deals, utilizing negotiation skills to guide clients towards successful outcomes.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into Leger's services and providing ongoing support to meet their evolving needs.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions to drive growth and retention.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns, utilizing feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop strategies to retain clients and expand the scope of services provided, collaborating with internal teams to deliver client feedback and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a strong asset.
- 1 year of experience in sales, prospecting, and cold calling, with a proven track record of success in the advertising industry.
- 1 year of experience with CRM software and sales tools, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Suite.
- Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset.
