The Client Success Specialist at Leger is responsible for driving business growth through strategic relationship building and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients within the advertising industry, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Conduct follow-up sales presentations to close customer deals, utilizing negotiation skills to guide clients towards successful outcomes.
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into Leger's services and providing ongoing support to meet their evolving needs.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions to drive growth and retention.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns, utilizing feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop strategies to retain clients and expand the scope of services provided, collaborating with internal teams to deliver client feedback and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a strong asset.
  • 1 year of experience in sales, prospecting, and cold calling, with a proven track record of success in the advertising industry.
  • 1 year of experience with CRM software and sales tools, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Suite.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset.
