Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at WTC Burger Management Systems. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery: Ensure that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience, with prompt and attentive service.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, staff supervision, and maintenance of a clean and safe environment.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
