The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail leadership, with a strong understanding of the retail environment and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail sales associates, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Drive business results through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales floor operations, ensuring that the store is always looking its best and that customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
- Partner with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies, including sales growth, customer engagement, and team development.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data, ensuring that the store is compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, visual merchandising, and operations, to ensure that the store is aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and company initiatives, applying this knowledge to drive business results and improve customer experiences.
- 3+ years of retail leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in driving business results and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of the retail environment, including sales floor operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.
