About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team at Western Coast Insurance Services. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in meeting sales targets and building lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email
- Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
- Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business
Requirements
- No prior experience is required, and we will provide applicable training for the right candidate
- RIBO Insurance License is an asset
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
- Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
- Working experience in EPIC is an asset
What We Offer
- Competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000
- Full-time position with 37.5 hours/week
- Location: Brampton, ON
