About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Advisor to join our team at Western Coast Insurance Services. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a critical role in meeting sales targets and building lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email
  • Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
  • Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
  • Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
  • Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business

Requirements

  • No prior experience is required, and we will provide applicable training for the right candidate
  • RIBO Insurance License is an asset
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
  • Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
  • Working experience in EPIC is an asset

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000
  • Full-time position with 37.5 hours/week
  • Location: Brampton, ON
  • Eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including 3 weeks' vacation, 14 wellness days, and company matching investment and savings programs
