Security Operations Supervisor

The Security Operations Supervisor at Xtreme Security Inc. plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. This position requires a dedicated individual who can manage a team effectively while addressing various security challenges.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
- Assist clients and guests with specific needs, ensuring a high level of service.
- Act as the primary contact for managing emergency situations efficiently.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports and other necessary documentation.
- Oversee the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery related to security tasks.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Establish and manage work schedules and operational procedures for the security team.
Supervise a team of 3-4 security personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Licenses and Certifications- Possession of a valid Security Guard License is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capable of working under pressure in various situations.
- Strong client focus and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
This is a permanent position requiring 35 to 40 hours of work per week, primarily in English.
