As a Health and Wellness Advisor at IGA, you will play a key role in helping customers achieve their health and wellness goals.

You will be responsible for:

  • Guiding customers in selecting natural health products and recommending products that work synergistically.
  • Packaging, labeling, and pricing products according to established standards.
  • Ensuring the rotation of all products and monitoring expiration dates according to established standards.
  • Demonstrating initiative and innovation in developing and implementing new ways to motivate customer needs and introduce them to new product lines.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a natural health advisor.
  • Excellent listening and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
