We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Supplements and Natural Health Advisor to join our team at IGA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding customers in purchasing natural health products, recommending products that work synergistically, and demonstrating initiative and innovation in developing new ways to motivate customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers in purchasing natural health products and recommend products that work synergistically
  • Package, label, and price change products according to established standards
  • Ensure rotation of all products and monitor expiration dates according to established standards
  • Demonstrate initiative and innovation in developing new ways to motivate customer needs and introduce them to new product lines

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a natural health advisor
  • Excellent listening and detection skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
