IT Service Delivery Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of IT services to our clients at Balanced+. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of IT services to clients, including project management, requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • Manage and mentor a team of IT consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify and evaluate business and technical risks associated with proposed solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT service delivery management, with a strong understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
Technical Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and/or experience in PC support (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows 10, 11, Microsoft Teams).
  • Knowledge and/or experience in servers Microsoft Windows Server (SQL, IIS, Exchange, AD, DHCP, DNS, Print, etc.), Data Backup (Veeam, datto).
  • Cybersecurity (VPN, MFA, EDR, phishing simulation, spam filtering).
  • Computer networking including firewalls, switches, WiFi (FortiNet, CISCO).
  • Ability to manage monitoring (Zabbix) and ticketing (Zendesk) systems.
