We're seeking a talented Relief Pharmacist to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a key member of our Pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide relief support to our Pharmacy team, ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medications and maintaining adequate inventory levels.
  • Counsel patients on new and additional medications, providing friendly and proactive interaction.
  • Participate in public health initiatives and clinics, promoting awareness and education to our customers.
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to review and control costs, ensuring efficient operations within the dispensary.
  • Contribute to the training and development of new and existing Pharmacy colleagues, sharing your expertise and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license.
  • Driver's License in good standing.
  • Excellent customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism.
  • Strong leadership and performance management skills.
  • Proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including experience formulating and executing action plans.
  • Strong personal computing skills, with knowledge of HealthWatch Pharmacy Computer system an asset.
