Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Relief Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and dispense medications accurately and timely, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Ensure adequate medication inventory levels, managing stock and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Counsel patients on new medications, providing education and support to promote healthy outcomes.
  • Educate customers through public relations activities, promoting our pharmacy services and products.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Control costs within the pharmacy, optimizing resources and minimizing waste.
  • Train new colleagues, sharing your expertise and knowledge to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Class A Pharmacists license, with a strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and practices.
  • Valid Driver's License, with a clean driving record.
  • Strong customer relations and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Experience in formulating action plans, with a focus on quality improvement and patient safety.
  • Knowledge of HealthWatch Pharmacy Computer system, with the ability to navigate and utilize its features effectively.
