Job Responsibilities
- Perform project accounting functions, including opening and closing projects within the accounting system.
- Collaborate with project managers to prepare timely and accurate customer billings and supporting documentation.
- Engage in work-in-progress (WIP) processes, including project forecasting, WIP reconciliation, project cost transfers, change order updates, and adjustments.
- Assist in collecting receivables and working with transactions involving multiple currencies and tax considerations.
- Support external audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in populating and analyzing financial and project data using Excel.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV software is beneficial.
- Background in a professional services business is beneficial.
