Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans that align with our business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on our business
  • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Lead post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the metals industry
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • PMP designation is an asset
  • Proven experience using Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, Visio, and MS Project
  • Strong understanding of machine design, robotics, and control systems
  • Background in industrial automation solutions or process engineering is an asset
