About the Role

We're seeking an Associate Creative Director to join our team of talented creatives. As a key member of our creative department, you'll work closely with our CCO and Global CCO to develop and execute earned-centric campaigns and programs that drive results.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our creative team to concept and plan execution of campaigns and programs across various media and platforms.
  • Work closely with account, strategy, project management, and influencer teams to deliver high-quality work.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing direction and guidance to team members as needed.
  • Coordinate with project managers and production partners to schedule projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead our clients and staff as a creative leader, driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of our work.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in advertising, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage day-to-day changes and handle them with a team-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Interest in leading and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong layout and composition skills, with a keen eye for typography and motion.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Production experience in art direction and design for video, digital, and social platforms.
