- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
This position is set in a fast-paced restaurant environment where attention to detail is crucial.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Prepare and submit relevant reports.
- Establish and manage work schedules for team members.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
