- Conduct cleaning of windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Perform minor adjustments and repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, while coordinating with tradespersons for more significant repairs.
- Engage with contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Carry out minor appliance repairs as needed.
- Execute safety and security inspections regularly.
- Assist in moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Undertake routine maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repairs.
- Care for plants, lawns, and gardens to enhance the hotel’s exterior.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of bathrooms and fixtures.
- Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safety.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Capable of handling heavy loads.
- Dependability and reliability are crucial for this role.
- Flexibility in work hours and tasks is essential.
Prior experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
