Maintenance Technician

CASH FOR CARS LTD. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to heating, cooling, and electrical systems, as well as contacting contractors for major repairs. You will also be responsible for performing safety and security checks, moving heavy furniture and equipment, and performing other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and be able to work 30 to 40 hours per week. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to heating, cooling, and electrical systems
- Contact contractors for major repairs
- Perform safety and security checks
