Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present production and operational reports.
  • Supervise a team of skilled workers and manage ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities effectively.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staffing needs.
  • Set up and maintain machinery and equipment.
  • Estimate project costs and required materials.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Lead and instruct team members in their tasks.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 5-10 individuals, including:
  • Tilesetters
  • Plasterers
  • Drywall installers and finishers
  • Fence erectors
  • Kitchen cupboard and vanity installers
Travel Requirements
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
Personal Attributes
  • Exceptional oral communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated reliability and dependability.
Experience Needed
  • Minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Permanent position.
  • Work language: English.
  • Work hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
