About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Tuff Trucking Inc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, including sales tax and income tax.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
