About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Ontario Best Carrier Inc. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Payroll and Invoicing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll and maintain accurate records of invoices and payments.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
