We are seeking a qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician with a background in mechanical service. This role necessitates the ability to follow instructions efficiently, exceptional time management skills, and effective communication with both customers and colleagues. Key Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Establish reference points for installations
- Assemble and install components for refrigeration and air conditioning systems using hand and power tools
- Measure, cut, and connect piping utilizing welding and brazing techniques
- Install, troubleshoot, and overhaul heating, ventilation, air handling, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems
- Conduct system startups and leak tests using appropriate devices
- Recharge systems with refrigerants, calibrate systems, and perform routine maintenance
- Repair and replace components for refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, or heat pump systems
- May service equipment in refrigerated transport vehicles
- Provide customer support during field visits
- Coordinate with Dispatch for scheduling and service efficiency
- Prepare work estimates for clients as needed

- Trade Certification/Red Seal
- Experience with chillers and cooling towers is an asset
