Contact Centre Manager Job Description

Boston Pizza Ancaster is seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Manager to lead our customer service team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for directing the operations of our contact centre, ensuring exceptional service quality and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies, and plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies.
  • Service Quality: Evaluate the operations of establishments that provide services to business, and plan and organize the operations of establishments that provide services to business, ensuring high standards of service quality.
  • Customer Service: Analyze the administrative issues in order to provide help to the employee, and provide expertise in response to clients needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Operations Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, and direct the operations of an organization or department that provides services, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 42.5 hours per week
