About the Role

The Executive Director of Corporate Services will be a key driver and integration point for operational support systems and activities. This position requires a focus on ethical conduct, operational efficiency, and alignment with Moreton ATSICHS's values.

As Executive Director of Corporate Services, you will oversee the management of internal client needs across Human Resources, Finance, Quality & Accreditation, Warehouse, Infrastructure & Logistics, Workplace Health & Safety, and ICT support. Additionally, you will support organisational effectiveness through strategic planning and operational excellence to lead the development of best practices and consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and responsibility for Corporate Services and its delivery of KPI's and Management Reports.
  • Identify Business Unit needs and develop business unit specific service plans, ensuring an internal client management focus is provided by the Corporate Services team.
  • Lead the review and development of region/member wide best practice Corporate Services solutions, including identifying best practice systems, shared procurement opportunities, and pathways.
  • Lead the development, costing and contract management of contracted corporate service delivery support to Moreton ATSICHS and its Members.
  • Actively support the growth and development of managers to perform effectively in their own roles, and appropriately delegate responsibility and accountability.
  • Report on and provide advice to the CEO and member service CEOs and/or management on the future technology requirements and ICT Direction for Moreton ATSICHS and member services.
  • Provide evaluation reports, briefs and periodic activity reports to the CEO / Board as required.

  • Current Disability Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
  • Current Criminal History Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence (Qld)
