Allied REIT is seeking a skilled User Experience Partner to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in cultivating an engaging user experience for our tenants, enabling us to deliver on our mission to provide knowledge-based organizations with urban environments that foster creativity and connectivity.
Key Responsibilities- Manage user inquiries and concerns, including billing issues, accounts receivable, and lease administration.
- Maintain and track service contracts and fee schedules.
- Oversee parking processes, ensuring compliance and resolving issues.
- Provide timely and accurate AR and AP reporting.
- Assist in the development of asset plans and ESG initiatives.
- Coordinate vendor work and liaise with Technical Services team members.
- Collaborate on user appreciation ideas and events, waste reduction initiatives, and tenant survey requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to users, vendors, and colleagues.
- Build strong relationships with users through regular interactions and Allied's User Engagement Program.
- Ensure timely completion of property-related information requests and filing.
- Assist during emergencies and maintain emergency plans.
- Support Property teams with user-focused communications, projects, and programs.
- Embody and support Allied's safety and security program.
- At least 2 years' customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience.
- Previous Yardi experience is an asset.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication and people skills, including relationship-building.
- Strong computer skills with excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player attitude.
