Job Title: Specialty Cleaning Technician

ServiceMaster Clean of Moncton is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our commercial and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality cleaning services to commercial and industrial clients, including construction sites, post-construction cleaning, and hazardous cleaning.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks and projects.
  • Supervise and train staff as needed to ensure high-quality cleaning services.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of cleaning tasks and projects.
  • Assist with scheduling and hiring staff as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism when interacting with clients and staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and interact with various personalities.
  • Ability to make decisions and adapt to changing work situations.
  • Valid driver's license and clear driver's abstract.
  • Physical ability to wear full-body PPE and operate heavy equipment.
Working Conditions:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels. You will be required to wear full-body PPE and operate heavy equipment, including scissor lifts and ride-on scrubbers.
