Job Title: Specialty Cleaning Technician

ServiceMaster Clean of Moncton is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our commercial and industrial clients.

Job Summary:

The Specialty Cleaning Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including commercial and janitorial cleaning, hazardous cleaning, and disaster recovery. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform commercial and janitorial cleaning tasks, including cleaning of offices, warehouses, and other commercial spaces
  • Conduct hazardous cleaning tasks, including cleaning of biohazardous materials, bodily fluids, and other hazardous substances
  • Participate in disaster recovery efforts, including cleaning and restoration of properties affected by fire, water, and mold
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, and other specialized equipment
  • Work at heights, including use of scissor lifts and ladders
  • Perform other cleaning tasks as required
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in cleaning and maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 80lbs and work in physically demanding environments
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Working Conditions:

The Specialty Cleaning Technician will work in a variety of environments, including commercial and industrial settings. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
