Water and Wastewater Engineering Manager

Black & Veatch is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the execution of complex water and wastewater treatment projects. As a key member of our Governments & Environment business, you will be responsible for managing multi-discipline teams, supervising engineering staff, and ensuring project deliverables are met.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project execution, including preparing complex engineering deliverables, conducting research, and developing project budgets and schedules.
- Lead large multi-discipline teams to meet project goals, providing technical leadership and driving solutions to achieve project objectives.
- Communicate with clients, identifying key interests and drivers, and developing solutions to meet their needs.
- Manage project changes, supervise engineering staff, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- PE license and minimum of 8 years related work experience.
- Previous experience executing multi-discipline WWTP upgrades and expansion projects.
- Strong technical expertise in water and wastewater treatment, with ability to lead large teams and manage complex projects.
