Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a relevant field or equivalent experience
This role is situated within the insurance sector, providing a dynamic and challenging atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
- Authorize and organize the creation of major departments and appoint senior staff positions.
- Set objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs.
- Act as a representative of the organization, or delegate representatives to engage in negotiations or other official functions.
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff.
- Establish financial and administrative controls; develop and approve marketing campaigns; and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
- Manage a team of 5-10 individuals.
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 32.5 hours per week
