Program Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to join our team in the Healthcare sector. As a Program Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our health care programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to program staff, including word processing, data entry, and research
  • Assist in the preparation of statistical reports and presentations
  • Represent the program on various health unit committees
  • Provide training and support to staff on the use of equipment and software
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration
  • Excellent computer skills
