Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Product Marketing Director to oversee our platform forensics solutions tailored for the public safety sector. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, the successful candidate will be pivotal in shaping our market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy for our platform solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market needs.
- Oversee product launches and releases, applying industry best practices for effective positioning and packaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and sales, to enhance the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
- Create impactful sales enablement materials.
- Craft clear and persuasive content, positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences to drive demand generation.
- Promote products through various channels including campaigns and webinars.
- Continuously refine positioning to differentiate our solutions in the marketplace.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of senior-level product marketing experience.
- Demonstrated success in executing product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience in bringing SaaS solutions to market, with familiarity in associated best practices.
- Expertise in end-to-end product launches and ongoing marketing strategies for global B2B solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with complex software offerings.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with the capability to translate customer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel (5-10%).

- Background in law enforcement.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range varies based on location and relevant factors such as qualifications and experience.
Salary Range:
MIN: $140,000 - MID: $175,000 - MAX: $210,000 CAD
MIN: $160,000 - MID: $200,000 - MAX: $240,000 USD
