Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at 11:59 Bar and Cade. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Create and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning customers.
  • Culinary Operations: Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the service.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of skilled cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage food and supply inventory, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all menu items meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Culinary Expertise: A deep understanding of culinary techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
