Physiotherapy Clinic Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as Clinic Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our physiotherapy clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee clinical staff and patient services to ensure high-quality care and exceptional patient outcomes.
- Drive business growth through strategic planning, marketing, and community engagement.
- Mentor and develop clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager to recruit and hire staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Minimum 1-5+ years of clinical and leadership experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
