Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead accountant with monthly financial closings
  • Conduct bank reconciliations
  • Administer payroll using Desjardins software
  • Manage the accounts payable process
  • Enter financial data accurately
  • Oversee accounts receivable follow-ups

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting
  • Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and effective communicator
  • Proactive, dynamic, and capable of working independently
  • Fluency in French is required
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel
