We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Provider to join our team at Rodora Barraquias. As a Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a family setting.
Job Description:Responsibilities:- Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Shop for food and household supplies to ensure a well-stocked pantry and fridge.
- Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
- Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens to keep the household tidy.
- Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, promoting positive behavior and development.
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, helping them become confident and capable individuals.
- Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all necessary safety protocols.
- Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring the family's dietary needs are met.
- Prepare infants and children for rest periods, establishing a soothing and calming environment.
- Supervise and care for children, providing a nurturing and supportive atmosphere.
- Take children to and from school and to appointments, ensuring their transportation needs are met.
- Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing a listening ear and a comforting presence.
- Help children with homework, promoting their academic development and success.
