At Janine Walker, Paul Chatwin, we are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Provider to join our team. As a Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a family setting. Your primary duties will include:
Key Responsibilities- Assuming full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents
- Performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Shopping for food and household supplies
- Traveling with the family on trips and assisting with child supervision and housekeeping duties
- Bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children
- Disciplining children according to the methods requested by the parents
- Instructing children in personal hygiene and social development
- Keeping records of daily activities and health information regarding children
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home
- Organizing activities such as games and outings for children
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals
- Supervising and caring for children
- Tending to the emotional well-being of children
- Assisting children with homework

Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience an asset
- Ability to work in a non-smoking and scent-free environment
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
