Information Systems Specialist

Nexuswave Inc is seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to user inquiries and provide solutions to technical issues
- Consult technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
- Collect and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- Provide technical support to users in response to identified difficulties
- Perform backup and recovery operations for Web-servers
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience an asset or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Organized and able to work independently
This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
